LaRiCE - Laboratorio di Ricerca Cammino ed Equilibrio

Il Laboratorio di Ricerca Cammino ed Equilibrio si occupa di progetti di ricerca che interessano sia la pratica clinica che lo sviluppo di sistemi innovativi di valutazione e trattamento riabilitativo di patologie neurologiche.
Lo scopo ultimo delle attività di ricerca del laboratorio è la trasferibilità delle conoscenze acquisite nella presa in carico della persona.

Principali aree di attività

Il LaRiCE ha come maggior campo di interesse la riabilitazione delle disabilità di origine neurologica. Le principali patologie oggetto di studio sono: Sclerosi Multipla, Ictus e Malattia di Parkinson.

Nello specifico i principali obiettivi legati alle attività di ricerca di laboratorio sono:

• sviluppare sistemi di valutazione clinico strumentale dei deficit di funzione (cammino, equilibrio, prensione, etc…);
• fornire trattamenti efficaci in contesti ospedalieri, ambulatoriali e domiciliari;
• favorire la continuità assistenziale;
• migliorare o mantenere la massima autonomia possibile in patologie neurologiche acute e croniche;
prevenire l’evoluzione di patologie croniche
