Paolo Castiglioni (Varese, Italy, 1961)
received the M. Sc. Degree in electronic engineering (1987) and the Ph.
D. degree in biomedical engineering (1993), both from the Politecnico di
Milano University, Milan, Italy.
From 1989 to 2007 he was researcher at the Bioengineering Department of
Fondazione Don Carlo Gnocchi in Milan, Italy. From 2007 he is research
coordinator of the Biosignal Analysis Area at the Biomedical Technology
Department of Fondazione Don Carlo Gnocchi (Milan, Italy).
Dr. Castiglioni research interests include the analysis of biological
signals, (mainly cardiovascular signals and EEG); physiological
mechanisms for the cardiovascular control; gravitational physiology;
brain-computer interfaces.
