Oral presentations: Allotted time 12+3 min. A laptop computer will
be available for presentations (sorry, no slide or overhead projectors will be provided).
Authors should take care to have their presentation uploaded before the session starts.
Presenters may also use their own laptop computer after previous verification of
compatibility with the projection system.
Poster presentations: Posters have a vertical orientation (max 70 cm wide and 100 cm height).
We will provide material to place your poster on the board (double adhesive tape). Push-pins
will NOT be allowed.
In case of bad weather the posters will be placed in the conference hall. Authors should
take care to have their posters mounted before the first oral session starts.
